Open Studio dc GROUP ART SHOW AND SALE

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be participating in Open Studio dc’s first group art show and sale! The studio is the brainchild of my former Corcoran College of Art + Design printmaking instructor, Carolyn Hartmann. It’s a fun, fantastic place to discover new art – and even better, Carolyn will be teaching screenprinting classes in her studio. So be sure to check out the web site at openstudiodc.com for more information.
From Open Studio dc’s show announcement:
Open Studio dc is pleased to announce its first group show and sale featuring over a dozen innovative and inspiring artists from the DC area. These artists have all, at one time or another, worked in the Corcoran College of Art + Design’s print department as students, teachers or lab assistants.
You’re invited to join us on Saturday, June 18, from 3 – 6p at Open Studio dc. Mix and mingle with other art lovers, meet the artists, and experience both traditional and experimental works of art that include screenprints, lithographs, etchings and multi-media pieces.
The art will include many new works as well as older works you may have enjoyed at previous shows. Prices will range from $20 to $1000 or more – there’s something for everyone, no matter your budget. Light refreshments will be served.
When: Saturday, June 18 from 3p – 6p
